New York City (April 2015)

Since I was already in Boston visiting my friend Vicki, and our mutual friend/coworker-from-Madrid Sandy was going to be in NYC, we took a little jaunt over to the city of blinding lights. We were only there for a day and a half, and I’d already done most of the touristy stuff in NYC, so we didn’t do a ton of that.

We met up with Sandy, which was probably the best part of the trip!!!

The next day, we went to the MET, stopped in a Spanish restaurant for some café con leche, walked across the Brooklyn Bridge, and went to a poetry slam. It was such a fun day!!

The following day, Vicki headed back to Boston and I went to see the last NYC landmark that I’ve not been to, then I caught a train to the airport and went home.
