Santander, Spain

After flying back from Washington but before school started in Madrid, I spent almost 4 days in Santander, in the north of Spain. Each day I did practically nothing except lay on the beach, feel the breeze in my hair, and read a couple books. It was nice and relaxing and the beaches there are beautiful considering how relatively urban the area is. I also took a short day trip to nearby Santillana del Mar.
