Thanksgiving in Madrid!
This year was the first Thanksgiving I ever spent away from my family. I miss them, but being able to celebrate Thanksgiving in Madrid with friends definitely helped.

I made the stuffing, pumpkin pie, and turkey fillets. There was also chicken, sweet potatoes, pasta salad, apple tart, quiche, cookies, mashed potatoes, fruit, and bread!!! So yummy! I’m thankful for such a great Thanksgiving.

A Thanksgiving tradition – all the food should be touching at least 1 other type of food, preferably 2.

The pumpkin pie I made! 5 people had never had it before, so I hope my recipe was a good introduction for them.
